Egg salad Sandwich






Preparation Time:  15 minutes

2 slices bread
2 hard boiled eggs
1-2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Dash of dill weed
Salt and pepper


1.  Peel hard boiled eggs.  Slice with an egg slicer if you have one or mash with a fork.
2.  Add mayonnaise, mustard and dill, salt and pepper and mix together.
3.  Place egg mixture onto of bread.
