Hunan Beef

Using the recipe from Stir Frying to the Sky’s Edge for vinegar-Glazed Chicken I recently made Hunan Beef.  The recipe can be found in Grace Young’s cookbook, page 136.  It is delicious.

The recipe calls for ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar, dark and regular soy sauce, green onions, sherry, sugar and cornstarch. I made rice, and stir fried red peppers, carrots, and bok choy to go with it.
