Stir-Fried Cumin-Scented Beef with Vegetables

    

I am going back and trying recipes from Stir-Frying to the Sky’s Edge: The Ultimate Guide to Mastery, with Authentic Recipes and Stories.  This was one of the first cookbooks from Wok Wednesdays.  I made Stir-Fried Cumin-Scented Beef with Vegetables.  In respect to the author of the recipe I will only give the ingredients, but you can find out how to prepare the recipe  by picking up a copy of the cookbook at your local library or book store.

Ingredients:
flank steak
cornstarch
soy sauce

Mix together the above and set aside or put in freeze for a few minutes to set.
Sauce:
•Rice wine or dry sherry
•Vegetable oil
•Minced garlic
•Red pepper flakes
Mix together above.
•Bite sized cauliflower
•Thinly sliced carrots
•Cherry tomatoes
•Salt
•Cumin
•Scallions
